What's My Story?

I Believe In:
1. The fact that "Love makes you real" (from The Velveteen Rabbit). LOVE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THE WORLD!
2. Wearing your heart on your sleeve & kissing like there's no tomorrow.
3. Making every day an event--don't you dare save that "good" china for special occassions! Every day is a special occassion!
4. Making people happy & treasuring loved ones.
5. Lifelong learning. Michelangelo summed it up: Ancora Imparo, or "I am still learning."
6. Pranks/practical jokes & laughing until your stomach hurts. I LOVE laughing!
7. Random acts of goofiness (& kindness).
8. Stopping to smell every flower (not just the roses).
9. Animals have souls. They have emotion/intelligence & their own lives that are important to them.

Random Facts:
I love anything artsy (writing, painting, sculpting, photography), collecting vintage Valentines & jewelry--especially couture pins. I eat green olives like a crazy person and MUST eat the little nibs off of soft pretzels--even if it's not my pretzel;-) I'm a confessed pastaholic and accomplished packrat (I'm working on it!). The kitchen is my favorite place to be other than inside one of Jeff's hugs. I pretend to be a chef; it's fun!. I'm forever a work in progress who absolutely loves to learn. In the journeys ahead I hope to do some good along the way. I aim to simply treasure this life of ours and make it wonderfully worth it. I don't know where our story will go, but I'm really excited for the next chapter!
